This is a formative assessment that I made to go with the Resource Math in Practice for second grade. This resource is using the strategy of a number line to count up and count back by hundreds, tens, and ones using mental math of adding and subtracting 10 and 100.
This multiplication quiz can be used for classwork or for homework. This quiz assesses his students can successfully use the various strategies of multiplication to multiply for example: repeated addition, commutative property, array, number line, and equal groups.) The English and Spanish versions are on the same document.
This map quiz is correlated with Unit 3 in Everyday Mathematics at the 4th grade level. It includes place value, basic facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), fact triangles, and equations with variables.
