The answers to the questions deal with some little-known facts about the Presidents and their lives and require some diligent investigation on the part of the student.

Increase word recognition using two languages and two modalities. Use American sign language to sign and spell the target word. Use English to read and circle the target word and write it in various ways, like tracing, coloring, and freehand writing.Other ways to memorize the whole word includes counting the number of letters in each word and writing each letter in its own box. Check comprehension by drawing a picture or doing a short activity.
