Melanie Karcsak
This REVIEW & QUIZ is to be used AFTER my first two graphing quadratic functions lessons (graphing in standard form and vertex form). This review provides 4 functions to be graphed in Vertex Form and 4 functions to be graphed in Standard Form. Students will need to identify the LOS, Vertex, y-int, and create a table to points. The quiz will also be similar (4 vertex form and 4 standard form). I use this in my Academic Resource Room for Algebra 2 (juniors & seniors).
