PLACE VALUE-Naming tens 11-99

All numbers are numeral adjectives and periods/families are nouns... 3 hundred...4 thousand...2 ones...until we read 11-99! The English language is very confusing when it comes to naming 11-99. When the same adjective-noun pattern is followed there is no confusion when reading or writing 12 and 21 or 16 and 61. And children will never again write 3005 for 3 hundred 5! This work gives students lots of interactive practice reading and writing 11-99 using the adjective noun pattern.
