Here is a useful worksheet we have used with PE and KE. It calculates the PE and KE of a toy car performing a loop-da-loop. I have included a second version of the worksheet without the equations showing. I ask for the PE at the top of the hill, the velocity as it leaves an exit ramp. I ask for the KE at the bottom of the hill and the minimum velocity needed to traverse the loop. All worksheets are used in classes.
