There are two sets of twelve task cards that ask the students to identify the pattern rule and two sets of twelve task cards that require students to state what comes next in the pattern. The patterns on the two types of task cards (what is the pattern rule & what comes next) are identical. Each set is a mixture of increasing and decreasing patterns.
