The chart allows for the student to self-monitor their progress throughout the three series of sentences. Stickers, stamps, or check marks can be used as the the child moves from the initial presentation (Read with a teacher), to working (Read by myself), and finally to mastery (Read to a teacher).

Common Core/Blooms Taxonomy Choice Menu Homework and Enrichment
This product was created as use for homework, but can be edited for use in the classroom.
This is a Choice Menu based on Bloom's Taxonomy and is aligned with the Common Core State Standards.
There are 24 choices in all and can be completed over a month as reading homework for each night.
I have my students cut it out and glue it into their homework journals. They read for 20 minutes each night and then choose which activity they want to complete that night.
