This versatile seating and grading chart is set in a rainbow arch, with 6 teams (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple) and 3 rows. It has 4 categories set up to be the perfect formative assessment sheet for First Steps in Music. I have put the 4 categories I use on the example template. This can accommodate up to 16 students. There is space for class information (day and times, teacher name, number of students in the class, grading standards for each semester, even a spot for a 1.5x2 inch

In an attempt to create an emotionally safe environment in my classroom where students feel comfortable being CREATIVE, I spend a lot of time getting to know my students. I want to know what movies they like, what activities they're in, who they live with in their home, if they have any pets, and what they would put on their personal "bucket list!? (Just to name a few!?) I've put together this packet and let students fill it out for me confidentially and I keep it private in their student file
