The screenshots within the document are resizable, so if you need to make changes, you can. While it's not in a lesson plan format. Feel free to make it so. It is more of a tutorial than a lesson. What's great about it-- is it explains that hyperlinks are not just for sources outside of a document (internet sources) but also for hyperlinks within large documents

Weekly assignment sheets are given to students to help train them to be organized. It is also an excellent communication between teacher and parent. Because students have to get them signed, parents can't claim they didn't know about the test, quiz, whatever! Use year after year, just make changes as needed. Ms. Barkdoll promises parents on Open House night that their children will finally learn to be organized! Also serves as a lesson plan for my principal.

You can also remove the grading and points portion and just use as a formative assessment to be handed back the student immediately after the recording.

Each day is based upon one of the E's from the 5-E lesson plan: engage, explore, expand, explain and evaluate. I have seen AMAZING results from this structured weekly lay-out. I have seen an increase in completed homework and an increase in assessment scores. I have also had numerous parents and students tell me how much they love this weekly lay-out.
