I use the clip it system in my classroom. At the end of the day I will color their calendar to show their parents what color they are on. The top right has a key of our colors. I do not color green because that is where most kids end their day, rather I tell parents if it is white assume it is green. This key can be edited for your classroom colors. This is also a preschool classroom, if I had older students I would have them color their own day. This calendar does have the common days off s
