Fractions - Introductory Interactive Lesson w/Pear Deck option
25 slide, Pear Deck enabled slideshow to introduce fractions. A tool to talk about fractional parts, vocabulary (numerator, denominator), etc. Traditional fraction pieces of rectangles and circles become layered with various foods to increase engagement, encourage story problem ideas, and develop a deeper understanding of fractional parts and their meaning.
