12:1/Self Contained Daily Pacing Guide and Planner Template
I created this to help me plan for my 12:1/Self Contained Classroom. Each tab of the Google Sheet represents a different month. It can be used to plan out each day and it is color coded per grade, if you teach multiple grades. When you scroll left to right, it shows each day of the week and when you scroll up and down, it will show a different week. Once you make your own copy, you can edit it, as needed. Hopefully this will help you too!

During the distance learning, my teaching partner and I found that including a snipping of our lesson plan grid each week in an email eased parent/student anxiety and helped them to plan accordingly. It was a simple fix to fully communicate our expectations and timeline for assignments. It also served as excellent documentation. With the new teks coming into effect for the 2014-2015 school year, we had to create a brand new curriculum plan and scope and sequence.
I am posting the scope and sequence I created for my grade level. It includes a sheet with the teks listed in order. It also includes a sheet with the order we are planning on teaching the teks. I have only created it through our Mock test. It leaves us 5 weeks before we take the STAAR test. This provides us with a cushion if we need to add extra time to
