In this project-based learning unit, students design, build, and run their own food truck business. Using geometric nets, students construct a 3D food truck and interior equipment, calculate surface area, and apply math to real-world business decisions. Students also explore financial literacy by researching ingredient costs, setting prices, simulating sales, and analyzing profit. This PBL is part of a larger Carnival-Themed unit that will be posted soon!
