Welcome to Crafted School Supports! I'm Amy, an elementary school Dean of Students with a passion for creating practical, relationship-centered resources that make life a little easier for busy educators. I've wear many hats, from educator, to PBIS team member, to school attendance leader, family communicator, and solution-seeker. These experiences inspire every resource I create. My goal is to provide ready-to-use resources that save you time while helping you build strong relationships with students, families, and staff. Every product is created with real schools in mind. If it isn't something I would use in my own building, it doesn't make it into my store. Whether you're a teacher, school leader, counselor, interventionist, behavior specialist, or support staff member, I hope these resources help you spend less time creating from scratch and more time focusing on what matters most, supporting students. My own education history

My journey in education has given me the opportunity to see schools from many different perspectives. I spent several years as a classroom teacher before earning my administrator certification and transitioning into school leadership. Currently, I am serving as an elementary Dean of Students, where I focus on building positive school culture, supporting student behavior, strengthening attendance, fostering meaningful family partnerships, and implementing school-wide systems that help both students and staff thrive. I've taught in both middle and elementary schools, as well as in charter and public school settings, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs of schools, educators, students, and families.
