Teaching style
My classroom is a high-energy, joyful space where learning sticks because we make it unforgettable! I believe in doing whatever it takes to help students master difficult concepts, which means you’ll find us using every tool in the toolbox—from catchy songs, dances, and chants to vivid drawings, visuals, and clever rhymes. But beyond the mnemonics, my biggest priority is building a community of total trust. I work hard to ensure my students feel completely safe sharing their mistakes, learning how to politely critique each other's work with kindness, and building the confidence to stand proudly in front of the class. I want my students to feel comfortable, happy, and ready to laugh every single day, because when kids are laughing and feeling safe, true learning flourishes.
