My approach is built on three things: clarity, structure, and confidence.
Students learn math best when a concept is introduced clearly, practiced consistently, and connected to real problem-solving. I break instruction into deliberate steps — not to oversimplify, but to make the path visible. I model, I scaffold, and I hold high expectations while making sure students have exactly what they need to meet them.
The resources I create reflect this. Nothing is filler. Every page has a purpose.
