This is a jungle safari theme on the classic behavior clip chart management system. It is formatted for students to move their pins up and down during the day. The pages can be printed out and mounted on whatever colors you choose. I have been going from red (outstanding) to pink (parent contact), but the colors can go in any order you wish. I also recommend laminating the finished product for durability.

Dismissal can often be a hectic time, especially when you want to make sure that everyone is where they are supposed to be! To help alleviate the unwanted stress, I have created this form. I send it home with my students on the first day of school and request that it be returned as soon as possible. Please let me know if you'd like one created for other grades as well.
