About the store

Experience

I have had over one hundred books published with various educational publishers, including Scholastic, Teacher Created Materials, Teacher Created Resources, and Carson-Dellosa. I have been teaching for more than 20 years. I have served as a master teacher and mentor teacher. I have experience teaching students of all levels, backgrounds, and languages.

Teaching style

After 25 years of teaching, I still enjoy going to "school" each day. I love meeting the needs of my students--even the more challenging ones. I incorporate hands-on activities, partner games, pair-share, and technology throughout the day. I find that this helps spark the students' interests and keeps them on track throughout the school day.

Awards & shining teacher moments

The only awards and honors I have received have been from my parents and students. Aren't those the ones that count the most?
