Free Reading Book Log Journal Easy Basic Form Young Students Elementary
Do you need a basic and easy way to keep track of the books your students, or child, reads? This is an easy page to use which includes a section for the title of the book and the author.
Our second-grade students use this form to keep track of the books they have read in class and need to take AR tests on. We copy this page onto color paper so that students can quickly and easily identify it as they look through their folders that they keep in their desks.
