This .zip file includes both a PDF and an editable copy of a 5-period lesson planner with monthly calendars. Each calendar and planning week is in a 2-page spread, leaving plenty of room. Each week's spread also has a place for notes to keep track of tasks for the week or notes for when planning the next week's lessons, as well as a column for writing class start times or subjects.

Note:
The editable file is in .odt format, which you may open with OpenOffice, LibreOffice, WPS Office or MS Office. However, since it was created with LibreOffice, the formatting will be preserved the best if you use LibreOffice or OpenOffice (both are free and open-source software, with all of the features of Word).
