-32 task cards with a variety of volume problems (find the volume of a rectangular prism, find the volume of 2 rectangular prisms, find the volume of rectangular prisms and irregular figures given cubic units models, find a fraction of the volume, 4 word problems)
-Student recording sheet
-Answer sheet
Use these task cards to target skills in a small group setting, play scoot in a whole group setting, or have teams work cooperatively to solve different sets of cards.
To play scoot, put one card on each students' desk. Give students a specified amount of time to solve their problem. When time is up, have students scoot over to solve the problem on their neighbor's desk. Keep scooting until the class has finished all 32 problems! :)
