This is a great organizational and planning tool to keep track of the COMMON CORE standards you have taught in mathematics throughout the year. This file contains page dividers and checklists broken down by cluster, domain, standard, and sub-standards.

Use this product to create a folder or binder to keep all Common Core Math resources.

On the checklists, there are boxes to track the date, lesson(s) you have taught, and/ or assessments you gave, that addressed that standard.

To track proficiency, color code the boxes based on the percent of kids proficient at the end of the lesson (based on formative data) or assessment. Calculate the number of kids that fall in that percentage range to make it easier and write that range in the proficiency scale box.
