Description of this Bundle
This bundle contains lock box activities for 3rd grade math concepts. Files are Powerpoint and Smartfile for Smartboards. There are 9 Powerpoint files and 4 Smartfile files.
9 Powerpoint Files Include:
Bar Graphs, Line Plot, Fraction Word Problems, One Step Multiplication Word Problems, One Step Division Word Problems, One Step Division & Multiplication Word Problems, Perimeter Word Problems, Rounding to 100s, & Picking Correct Operation
4 Smartfiles Include:
3 Digit Addition, One/Two Step Word Problems Using All Operations, Introduction to Multiplication, & Time Word Problems
Each of the files has 3 different worksheets with 4 problems on each page. Making each worksheet or Smartboard activity require a 4 digit lock. You can use multiple activities to make your own larger lock box activities.
You will need a lock with 4 numbers, which cost around $5-$10. I would get a lock you can reset and reuse for other “Lock Box” activities.
If you don’t want to buy a lock, then I have provided a lock you can cut out and laminate on the last slide. You can use a dry erase maker to find the right code and simply tell the students if they are right. This isn’t as fun and having a real lock is much better.

Buy more of my “Lock Box” activities and connect them together to make different kinds of activities with lock boxes. I have some that are printed out of some that are displayed and used with Smartboards. I have activities ranging from 1st to 3rd grade. I typically use one of my packets with another packet. So you would need 2 locks if you did use 2 different sheets. I provided a video that shows you how I set up lock box activities with more than one activity, which would require you to buy more of them.
