These digital arithmetic patterns activities will give students a better understanding and practice of number patterns on a hundreds chart and multiples.

This digital resource uses Google Slides™ and can be used on Google Classroom and Google Drive. This resource also includes an answer key.

Even or odd?

  • Drag-&-drop: the vocabulary to the definition of even and odd numbers
  • Drag-&-drop: given a scenario, is it even or odd? (ex: any sum of two numbers is always...)
  • Short answer: read the statements and write whether true or false (ex: 4 times a number can be decomposed into equal addends)

Number patterns

  • Drag-&-drop: match the rule to the pattern
  • Short answer: finish the pattern given
  • Short answer: finish the pattern given and name the rule

Multiples

  • Drag-&-drop: find the true facts about multiples

My students liked this activity and it was a great way to introduce and review patterns. One thing that was a little bit difficult was that the text boxes didn't fit some of the larger numbers. Great resource though!
