Description

Assign this Google Slides Geometry Math Journal through Google Classroom and have all the basic information for the 4th grade Math TEKS in your students hands!  This product includes interactive pages where students can sort definitions and examples of geometric attributes, symmetry, classifying triangles, quadrilaterals, and polygons. There are polygon note pages that can be edited to suit your needs. Also, I have included notes for measuring angles with a protractor and adding and subtracting angle measurements.

I have included a table of contents page that has been hyperlinked to take the students to where each section starts and a link to take them back on each slide.

Recognize angles as geometric shapes that are formed wherever two rays share a common endpoint, and understand concepts of angle measurement:
Measure angles in whole-number degrees using a protractor. Sketch angles of specified measure.
Recognize angle measure as additive. When an angle is decomposed into non-overlapping parts, the angle measure of the whole is the sum of the angle measures of the parts. Solve addition and subtraction problems to find unknown angles on a diagram in real world and mathematical problems, e.g., by using an equation with a symbol for the unknown angle measure.
