Fourth grade formative assessment has never been easier with this set of 4th grade digital math exit slips or exit tickets for Google Classroom! This pack has 5 sets of digital (Google Slides) 4th grade math exit slips for each of the 4th Grade Common Core Math Standards. There are over 150 exit tickets in this packet!

These 4th grade math exit slips (exit tickets) have the following features:

  • They encompass both computation/operation skills and problem solving
  • There are 5 slips for each 4th grade math standard, giving several options for assessment of each standard
  • They are a quick standards based assessment; labeled with the 4th Grade Math Common Core Standard for easy organization
  • They provide a quick and easy check of student understanding of 4th grade math concepts and an answer key is provided
  • There are digital and can be assigned to students (using a platform like Schoology or Google Classroom), projected in the classroom, or used in a virtual meeting space (Zoom, Teams, etc)
  • The information a teacher gains from these slips makes it easy to plan data driven instruction based upon the results of the exit slips
