Printable and self-grading Google Forms for each practice.
These reviews follow Florida 4th grade B.E.S.T. math standards and specs. Prior to the 2023 school year, I used similar reviews to expose students to multistep word problems, open-ended, multi-select and multiple choice questioning they will see on Florida’s F.A.S.T.
To keep students motivated, I would offer a prize if they made a 100 on these reviews as well as showcasing their work on a “brag board”. Since these assessments cover a broad range of skills, they also gave me a snapshot on which skills needed to be addressed in small group or as a class. After we reviewed the skill, I would return their graded assessment to allow students to correct any missed questions for half credit.
These can be used throughout the year, for BEST or FAST review or summer practice.
These practices are assigned form numbers for easy tracking and each review has an answer key. They cover the following skills:
Form 1: Stem-Leaf Plots
