Description

These 5th grade math decimals worksheets are perfect for morning work, bell work, or as an easy math learning center. I love providing regular practice for my students to build number sense and this bundle is an easy option to incorporate quickly into your already jam-packed math class. This set of 5th grade math questions is focused on decimals, 15 weeks worth! Both place value questions and operations (add subtract multiply and divide decimals) are included.

Included in this decimal of the day bundle are pre-created prompts that students work with for a week. There are options for numbers included or blank pages for you create your own numbers. You can also create a student job of picking the number to use for the next day. This instantly ups the engagement for upper elementary students!

If you are looking for something more digital have no fear! Also included in this resource is a Google slides option for students to use virtually. You will have to provide the numbers in this option. During virtual learning I would give students the number of the day and then they would complete as practice during the sessions. You could provide the numbers before assigning as well.

Versions inside Decimal of the Day:

  • 15 weeks of prompts without days of the week, no numbers provided
  • 15 weeks of prompts with Monday-Friday at the top , without numbers
  • 15 weeks of prompts with Monday-Friday, numbers included along with an answer key
  • A digital version in Google Slides, without numbers
