Simple way to track data on a new AAC device (augmentative alternative communication).
-Tracks prompt level (key provided)
-SLP, teacher or para easily circle prompt level needed to request a desired item
-Reinforcer (requested item) is written in the first column
- This allows SLP and teachers to see what items are being requested and how often
- Next, you can circle the distance (in feet) from communication partner and from device to track how well your student is traveling with the device
I copy these 2 sided and place them on clip boards.
