In this resource are two lessons: Adding & Subtracting Radicals and Multiplying Radicals. Both lessons follow the editable PowerPoint and have extra practice problems that can be used for more guided practice, independent practice, and/or mini assessments.

Lesson 1: There are six example problems where students will need to add/subtract radical expressions, two of which are perimeter applications. There are three additional practice problems at the end of this section in the PowerPoint.

Lesson 2: There are five example problems where students will need to multiply radical expressions, one of which is an area application. There are three additional practice problems at the end of this section in the PowerPoint.

I recommend splitting these lessons over the course of two or more days.
