Description
This is one in my series of lessons using the graphing calculator for Algebra Classes. This one is for any Algebra level. Students use the graphing calculator to graph and explore direct and inverse variations and their relationship to each other. Joint variation is included. This is a great way to show the students a visual representation of these concepts and to get them ready for inverse functions. Students can do the work in groups or individually. It can be used as a discovery lesson or a review. NO answer key - I usually go over the worksheet with them using a projection unit so they can see the graph and we can discuss their results.
