Description

Google forms are a versatile tool for data collection in the classroom. This product was created to help sort, classify and organize animals in the animal kingdom. Students receive a Google Doc with instructions to create and fill out their form. In lab, student fill out a form ticket for each specimen and the ticket populates a spreadsheet they can use to analyze data after the activity. This activity is best with preserved specimens or samples from the field (Not included). If this is not possible, I have included a PowerPoint with a limited number of organisms that can be used as a sample set.

What’s included

  • Google Form for Classification
  • Images of Sample Specimens
  • Video QR Codes/Links for Living Organisms
  • Teacher Instruction and Hints
  • Links to Google Documents Used in Lesson
  • Editable Student Instructions
  • Video Tutorial Links for Each Step
