Description

Bring the measurement concept of area to life!

Your students will love this mini-project because it's all about their name!

Students have certain specifications that are on the Project Challenge page for forming their name on the graph paper. For early finishers, use the Extension ideas.

I have used this project in my lessons soon after I've introduced area so they are somewhat familiar with the concept.

This project covers MD.5-7 standards for 3rd Grade.
