My class need extra practice finding the area of shapes using the formulas for rectangles, parallelograms, and triangles. Sometimes they still confuse area with perimeter, so perimeter is included. This packet can be used to teach or review. There are four practice sheets.

Your worksheet was very helpful for my student who has difficulties with remembering the formulas for area and perimeter. The only minor drawback is that the formula is not printed on the worksheet which I think would be very helpful for students and teachers.
