Deck #1: Things That Go Together - Working on vocabulary, word associations or basic receptive language skills? This deck contains 20 different locations and events with associated photos. Students will drag and drop the correct answer on each card. This deck features vibrant photographs.

Deck #2: What Do You Need - This deck was designed to practice associating and making connections between objects and actions/events. Students are asked to select multiple items needed to complete common tasks.

Deck #3: Associations - This deck features commonly associated objects for language intervention. This deck depicts 2 locations on each card. Students are asked to match associated items with the correct location.

Deck #4: Infer by Association - This deck was designed to practice inferring information by association (level 2 in my intervention hierarchy). Students look at the objects depicted at the top of each task card and determine the best answer from 4 multiple choice options. Students answer both, "what are you making?" and "what are you playing?" questions in this deck.

Deck #5: Infer from Picture - This deck was designed to practice inferring information from a picture (level 3 in my intervention hierarchy). Students look at the photo or object depicted on each task card and determine the best answer from 4 multiple choice options.

Deck #6: Infer from Feature - Utilize this deck to assess, introduce or practice identifying an object when given a feature.

How do I get this digital resource?

It's a piece of cake! After purchasing, you will receive a PDF file with the link to the task card deck on the Boom Learning website. Simply tap the link provided in the PDF and Boom Learning will ask you to sign-in to your account or create a free account. Next, tap redeem and your new task card deck is added to your Boom Card Library on the Boom Learning website.
