Description
This AVID resource is on Google Slides and is completely editable so you can have it work for your students. The first 4 TRF samples are "real world" riddles that students need to write pertinent questions to in order to get the answer. (Answers are included.) The last TRF is the students thinking about their lives and creating a question that will invoke conversation about what issues they may have right now. There are summary questions included for this one. There is a slide with Costa's levels of questioning to help spark ideas to begin their questions. There are also examples of some of the sections of the TRF for the first 4 TRF riddles.
