Beginning sound "n" flash cards are useful when introducing phonics to children. This resource was designed to help a cohort of children, the majority of whom (80%) were English language learners.

This collection includes the following resources:

10 beginning sound “n” picture cards

7. Noodles

9. Numbers
10. Net

10 round and 10 square png files of words beginning with the initial sound being introduced.  These could be used to create digital Seesaw or Easel activities to reinforce the vocabulary being introduced providing an interactive platform to reinforce the newly introduced vocabulary.

Round flashcards and square flashcards of the beginning sound being introduced along with words that begin with that sound. These flashcards can be laminated and cut out. We turned them into key chains and sent them home for the children to practice the beginning sound and vocabulary being introduced.
