Here are a few fun behavior modification charts I whipped up! My kids are always needing something new so I love to have lots of these on hand! Use them as an individual behavior modification plan. There are countless behaviors you may choose to target. Here are a few ideas: completing bellwork, completing homework, working independently, using words and actions to make friends feel good, good recess behavior, etc. The first page can be used as a sticker chart, the second page the kids can color in their own chart. Baseball, basketball, dragon, and princess charts included! When the chart is full they earn a prize! Great for my ADD and ADHD kids who need a little extra motivation to complete classwork. Great for trying to change negative behaviors like bullying. Simply add whatever behavior you are trying to target to the blank line and watch the kids grow and learn! Remember to keep it positive!
