Description

Here are seven behavior sheets to help maintain communication with parents, positive or corrective. The first two sheets are "Check me out sheets": positive notes home about academics and behavior. The next sheets is a self-assessment sheet: if a student breaks a rule, he/she can fill out the sheet while "chilling out", identifying the rule he/she needs to improve on; this sheet has the rule and a picture (for non-readers). The next sheet is a weekly communication sheet mark down which rules the student struggles with. The next sheets are behavior management sheets, marking a smiley face or a sad face, daily sheets and weekly sheets.

This was a great resource for the price. It included various forms of reporting behavior. It's a great home-school communication tool to recognize students who are focused and behaving appropriately.
