This is a great activity to complete during a student's individual tutorial with their home room teacher. It encourages students to engage with their own behaviour management and setting and achieving of personal goals. Personally, I suggest that these be completed with all students (especially those with special or behavioural needs) but, naturally, some will be more fully filled out than others.

This activity is appropriate for all ages and can be easily ammended for the specifics that you need!
