Description
This math mystery has students practicing graphing and rewriting Quadratic functions to solve 5 clues. The clue allow them to eliminate suspects, and find out who the thief is! Students will rewrite Quadratics into three different forms (graphing, factored, and standard) and will ask questions about special points (vertex, x-intercepts, and y-intercepts). Pages 9 and 10 have a printable sheet for students to keep track of their work.
This activity was made to support my Algebra classroom that uses CPM Core Connections Algebra. It is a great review for Chapter 8.
