This is a completely editable Microsoft Word document that teachers, parents, and students can use to record the homework assigned each night as well as the tests and quizzes given each day. It is simple so you can edit and customize as you please. You can also put the child's name at the top of the log. Just right click on the words "Child's Name" at the top and click "Edit Text."

This version is created with English and Spanish headings. Please let me know if you are looking for other languages.
