This biography lap book project is fun way to have your students practice their research skills and learn about famous people at the same time! With just a few materials (listed below) and some resources, your students can make an amazing interactive display that will be fun for them to create! I have included all the printables, along with detailed instructions and pictures. Please check out my preview! You can pick and choose what works best for the age level of your students and the famous people they will be researching. I have also included a speaking listening piece, if you wish to cover those standards as well. This download also comes with a grade sheet and comment section. This project is perfect for anytime of the year! It works well with upper elementary students, although it can be easily adapted to use with younger students.
The sections included are: birthdate, birthplace, photos, childhood/family, adult life, date of death, cause of death, poem about the person, a journal, theme to his/her life, major accomplishments, news section, interesting facts, and admirable qualities.
-2 File Folders per Student
