This 7 page document includes a cover and 6 break-dance task cards. The task cards include illustrations and instructions for the following break-dance moves and freezes: Baby Freeze, Helicopter, Chair Freeze, Turtle Freeze, Six Step, and the Worm. I use these resources to create a break-dance station during the dance unit. I place the task cards on a mat in the gym in order for students to read. The students then try the various moves and freezes and the mats.
