Students will use these pattern block puzzle mats to practice shape recognition while building fine motor and spatial awareness skills. These task cards are perfect for morning bins, STEM bins, math centers, or small group work. Pattern blocks are used to recreate the designs on these mats. The cards are scaled to fit the blocks. Students can either build the design right on the mat or next to the card. This set features 10 designs with varying degrees of difficulty. I recommend printing on cardstock and laminating for durability. Task cards also include handwriting practice to the associated vocabulary word.
Works wonderfully also for Early Finishers, Centers, Activity Packs/Independent Work Packets, Busy Books, Worksheets, Morning Work, and Subs Plans! This is completely no prep!
