Description

This is a word document for teachers using the CHAMPS model for behavior expectations. There are four charts/ page. Just laminate and post the document at a literacy or math center during any activity and then use a white board marker to circle the square over the expectation for each of the CHAMPS categories. Or use these mini CHAMPS tables for students desks who struggle with following the expectations. These are a great way to manage different expectations for students who need additional reminders using the same system as the rest of the class. Check out my other CHAMPS supporting documents including the full size center chart, the smartboard chart and the behavior slips.

Also check out my similar document were "S" stands for Social Emotional Skill!
