Included:

1. Coping Skills ABC's - A list of 26 different coping skills with visuals to help students easily choose a strategy to apply.

2. What can I control?- A list of things that are inside and outside of my control.

3. Check in with Yourself- A list of questions to assist individuals with checking in with themselves and how they are doing.

4. Breathing Exercises- Examples of 6 different breathing strategies to use when needing including visuals.

5. Mood Meter- A mood meter for individuals to easily identify their emotion and what zone they are in. It also includes some strategies to assist them in the zone they are in.

6. Size of Problem: - A visual to differentiate between the different sizes of problems including examples and what to do for emergencies, big problems, medium problems and small problems.

All images used were available through Canva or were created using Google Sheets.
