This set includes low-prep task cards perfect for students learning to read tally marks, bar graphs, pictographs, line plots, and pie graphs. Quick and easy-to-use for a review, end of chapter, with a sub, or just for making learning fun!

Help your students to master graph and chart interpretation by diving into answering the questions on their own or with a partner, or use whole group for extra practice while assessing student knowledge. Students will love reading graphs with this interactive, moving through the room fun activity, and you get to enjoy them learning without them realizing it!

Here's what is included:

  • 24 Task Cards
  • Pie Graphs Questions/
  • Tally Mark Questions
  • Pictograph Questions/Picture Graphs
  • Bar Graph Questions
  • Line Plots
  • Student Response Sheet
  • Answer keys

Your students will love walking around the room and answering questions.. They'll be out of their seats and engaged while learning.

Allows for collaboration among students if given time to discuss the answers. Help create a fun learning environment with task cards and help students practice the skill of reading different graphs and tally charts.

Prep is quick and easy... Task Cards are a great time-saving activity for students to answer questions with little prep. These cards look best when printed in color, but will also print out fine in grayscale. Print and cut along the black line. Laminate and use them again and again.

I love to print mine on cardstock so they can be used over and over.  An easy way to store them is in a baggie, or hole-punch a corner of each card and put them on a ring.

This was a good review of graphs. I actually took a snip of each graph and put it into my slides. I showed them to my whole class and they wrote their answers on white boards.
