Description

Circumference & area of circles and parts of circles are the focus of these Circles Task Cards. This activity is an excellent supplement to your circles unit and is also great as a Pi Day activity!

  • Footloose is a fantastic way to get students moving while reviewing circle concepts like radius, diameter, area, and circumference!
  • Students solve each of the 30 problems and record their answers in the corresponding boxes on their Footloose grids.

This easy-prep circles resource includes:

1) 30 Footloose task cards (a set of 30 with a background and a set without)

2) Footloose grid

3) Answer key

4) Instructions

Circles Footloose task cards require students to:

  • Find radius, given diameter
  • Find diameter, given radius
  • Find area or circumference, given diameter or radius
  • Find radius or diameter, given area or circumference
  • Relate area and circumference to real-life situations through several questions in word problem form

⭐️There's also a digital version of these task cards (includes a Forms quiz), AND a mini-bundle of the print and digital.
