I used this resource as a final project with our Civil Rights Literature unit. Students were put into groups and picked a social justice issue they believed in (equal rights, mental health advocacy, environmental issues, etc - I was actually really impressed by the diversity of project focus!). We then used this resource as a foundation for their work. Of course, some students put in minimal effort and it showed. I wish each type of project (poster, tweets, etc) had expectations instead of one blanket rubric but that might be just an issue in my classroom.
